Celebrate Estonia’s Restoration of Independence Day in the museum!

On Wednesday, August 20, we celebrate Estonia’s Restoration of Independence Day, and several museums are organising special events for the occasion.

Please note, however, that some museums will be closed that day. To avoid disappointment, we recommend checking the museum’s website in advance to confirm its opening hours.

Here is a list of museums that will be open on August 20 and welcome visitors.

In the courtyard of Maarjamäe Palace, a traditional family day will take place, where children can trade toys and books, join a foam party, ride a pony, and watch a performance. Maarjamäe Palace will also be open.
