What is a Museum Card?
The Museum Card is a pass that allows you free unlimited visits to over 120 museums and 500 exhibitions in Estonia for a full year!
- The Museum Card pays off after 3–5 visits, as the most expensive museum tickets cost 20 euros.
- All the major visitor favorites have joined us: the Kumu Art Museum, Seaplane Harbour, Tallinn TV Tower, Estonian National Museum, and over 120 more museums across Estonia.
- You can visit all these museums unlimited times throughout the year and don’t have to think about buying tickets anymore.
Using the Museum Card
The Museum Card is digital and with a QR code. It is linked to the cardholder, so no one else can use your card.
You can show your Museum Card on your phone or as a printed copy at the museum’s ticket counter. The museum reserves the right to verify the cardholder’s and visitor’s identity. If you forget your Museum Card, you can show your ID and still gain entry to the museum.
There are no restrictions on museum visits so that you can visit multiple museums on the same day or your favorite museum every day
With the Museum Card, you can access exhibitions, but it does not apply to special events (unless otherwise specified in the advertisement).
Validity of the Museum Card
The Museum Card is valid for one year. The calculation starts from the first museum visit but no later than six months after the card is personalized (linked to a specific person and their identification code). After this, the annual calculation begins automatically.
A Museum Card received as a gift can be registered in the recipient’s name until the end of the validity period indicated on the card. After this, the code expires.
Purchasing a Museum Card
You can purchase the Museum Card most easily online.
If you want to buy a Museum Card directly from a museum, you can do so at:

Extending the Museum Card
You can extend your card here. After the extension, the validity of the Museum Card will continue for 12 months from the card’s expiration date or if it has already passed, then from the moment of extension.
Gifting the Museum Card
You can gift the Museum Card digitally or with a physical gift card, which you can purchase from our website.
You do not need to know the recipient’s identification code when purchasing gift cards. They can add their personal details when activating their museum card on our website.
Benefits to Museums
The purpose of the Museum Card is to encourage people to visit museums more often and attract repeat visitors. More visitors mean more revenue for museums. We compensate museums for each visit made with the Museum Card.
