Tallinn Museum of Orders of Knighthood

Orders and decorations from all over the world

Located in a beautiful historical building in the heart of Tallinn, the Museum of Orders of Knighthood offers a unique collection of badges, letters, and chains, as well as other awards. Most of the exhibits in the museum are royal, princely, or clerical orders of knighthood, but the display also includes many state decorations.

Historical knights’ attire and other items used in order ceremonies, such as crowns, weapons, and more are also exhibited.

The honors and jewelry on display are excellent examples of fine goldsmithing, and have been made with an abundance of diamonds, emeralds, rubies, and gold.

The museum also offers a free audio guide, which introduces a number of exciting moments from the history of the orders.
