Estonian Health Museum
The Estonian Health Museum is located in an almost 600-year-old building in Tallinn’s old town. You will find an exciting insight into anatomy, physiology, and medical history in its exhibition halls and learn how to keep your body and mind healthy.
The goal of the health museum is to reach everyone and to contribute to adding healthy and happy years to all.
The museum’s permanent exhibition A Heart to Heart About Your Body provides insight on what the human body consists of and how it functions, as well as the role of a person in maintaining and improving their own physical and mental health and choosing a healthy lifestyle.
Electronic, mechanical, audio-visual, and hands-on showpieces in the 15 themed rooms of the Health Museum offer exciting opportunities to actively participate. In addition, there is an exhibit of plastinates – human organs preserved with the help of modern mummification technology.
